Execution
Whessoe’s experience in project management ensures that contracts are completed to the satisfaction of customers and within the terms of the contract. Development of the execution plans begin at the earliest opportunity; preferably during the bid phase.
Fundamental to efficient project execution is the definition of the scope and schedule which drive the development of the project organisation. Experience tells us that customer involvement and the development of an integrated team at an early stage can provide benefits and efficiencies throughout the project lifecycle. Interface management is key to the avoidance of misunderstanding between parties, and is formally controlled through a project specific procedure aligned to the execution plans.
The development of a fully logic linked and resourced programme enables Whessoe to monitor cost and progress continually, identifying trends and areas of concern. Coding structures are utilised to control and monitor both cost and man-hour expenditure.
Utilising risk management software we will identify areas of concern and also opportunity, their impact, potential mitigating measures or likely benefit, and a comparison of likely scenarios.
Working with the customer, subcontractors and interfacing parties, we have a proven ability to deliver projects to the satisfaction of customers.
